●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.

Alright place. Basic and lower cost for airbnb. We booked because I only book with superhosts. However this didn’t really fit to superhost quality. Overall very old home in pretty bad shape with minimal amenities. I’d mostly say travelers who are light sleepers should steer clear. Thin walls, doors with chunks missing that need to be replaced and a very loud train that comes by late at night and early in the morning made this difficult.

After discussing my concerns I was moved to another location other than this airbnb. when we arrived to the new location provided it was absolutely comfortable and inviting. great weekend and will utilize these homeowners again 💛

great place to stay, very accommodating and close to downtown. however, if you have allergies or asthma keep in mind this is a pet friendly unit, I made a mistake by not checking that before booking and had a huge flare up, but other than that this is a great location, great hosts, and great accomodations!

Overall decent. There needs to be more seating in the house! The backyard was not secured for the dogs. No closet space in main bedroom. Closets were locked. ( Why?) You had to have your own streaming apps in order to watch tv. No tv's in the bedrooms.

Andrew was very communicative and helpful with any questions. The location was fantastic, walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants, and Publix is a 10 minute walk away. The house is old and in need of repairs though. We also saw some bugs around the kitchen. It's a great place to stay to explore Jacksonville, comfortable enough for a short stay.

Andrew was the perfect host, super attentive and quick to respond. The place was just perfect and so comfortable. It really was a great little home away from home for the long holiday weekend. It's located in a great area-so close to so many great restaurants and shopping areas. Additionally, while I was in town for a conference, one of my parents ended up having a medical emergency and, should it be needed, this place is 4 min from a fantastic hospital. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and I recommend these hosts!
