●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

The home didn’t quite meet the expectations set by its price point. When we reached out for assistance, we unfortunately didn’t receive much support. The master mattress pad had a noticeable pee stain, and the linens were heavily scented to the point that it was difficult to sleep comfortably. We ended up washing them several times ourselves since replacements weren’t available. It gave the impression that the strong fragrance may have been used to mask a lack of thorough cleaning. The furniture quality and responsiveness of the host also fell short of what we anticipated for the rate charged.

Pink Flamingo House was exactly as described. It was a central location to restaurants, shopping centers & beaches. The neighborhood was quiet & safe. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas & having a television on the back patio. Plenty of seating inside as well. The pool was clean but a little too cold for swimming.
We did not cook, so I can not comment on kitchen provisions. The beds were comfortable. The home is in need of a few maintenance repairs, as all homes need at times, but no serious issues.
Overall, our stay was good. Would definitely rent again in warmer months. Turned out the pool is just a little too cold for October.
Lastly, one of my favorite things is that there was not a long list of things to do before we left!! This is how all rentals should be. Thank you!

This house was beautiful and everything we needed for an incredible vacation! It’s larger in person, immaculate, and full of very comfortable, new, and clean amenities. The outdoor area and the pool were our favorite part of the stay. The neighborhood is private, quiet, so relaxing, and in close proximity of the beach, great restaurants and shopping.
Andrew was very responsive and helpful during our stay. My family and I can’t wait to come back next year!

This house was amazing! It was very clean! I highly recommend this home. We enjoyed our stay here. We also walked in the neighborhood in the evenings. The neighborhood is very friendly. This was our first time staying in Jacksonville, FL. It was great! We are already trying to plan another trip here!
