Rented for a visit with my daughter. Plenty of room for all of us including the dogs. Beds were comfortable and with 3 bathrooms we were not running into one another. We had a great stay and would rent this place again.

This is a great location for easy beach access and walking distance or a very short drive to some of the local restaurants.
My adult daughter, girlfriend and I all had a wonderful time here.
Word of cautiion: This is a great place for young people. It is a 3 story propert with the mast on the top floor. If you forget something and you are staying in the master have two full flight of stairs to grab your thing. All bedroom are up 1 or two flights of steps so the elderly or anyone that struggles with mobility would have a very had time making it to their bedroom.

I stayed at this Airbnb for a few days. When I arrived there was someone cleaning the pool of leaves but the work was not fully finished. The pool has a tree that gives shade, but it also gives a lot of leaves. Nothing to complain too much about. I wish they had a warning in the main room because there is a change of level and I completely missed it the first time I went in the room. Place was clean, plenty of rooms, easy to find, very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had a few random things to use. Living room is spacious. The fridge will have plenty of room for whatever you bring. All in all, great place to stay!

This place was so cute and exactly what the pictures showed! The swings on the porch were so cool and relaxing.

Love this little three bedroom house! Lots of character. The attention to detail is great! I love when I get to a house and I find a few bottles of water to get us through the first night night and a few coffee pods (cream and sugar) to start the next morning. Makes a huge difference not to have to run to the store after a long drive! Location is great, walking distance to Publix and great restaurants! Try the Greek restaurant! Amazing.
If you are in Jacksonville for a hockey tournament, the house is an easy 5-7 minute drive to the ice rink! Will definitely be back.
