●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

You will have full access to the house.
Space
The sleeping accommodations are equally impressive. Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for all: one King bedroom, two Queen bedrooms, and one with a Full-over-Twin bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. Step outside to your fenced backyard oasis to lounge by the sparkling pool, fire up the grill, or unwind in the coastal breeze.
Sleeps 10. Full kitchen (wine refrigerator, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and silverware), towels, sheets, and Wi-Fi included with Smart TVs. This is the definition of beach living!
If you would like to use the pool heater, please request it at least 48 hours in advance so we can make the proper arrangements. The pool heater is available only from October through February and carries an additional charge of $50 per day.
Please note that a pool heater will not heat the water to hot-tub temperatures. The final water temperature depends on the outdoor weather conditions and may only rise to a certain level.

They moved us to this home the very next morning, and we couldn’t have been happier. Our time at this Airbnb was wonderful. The house was fully stocked, exactly as pictured, and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Everything was clean, thoughtfully prepared, and made our stay easy and enjoyable. This is a beautiful property blocks from the beach. It appeared to be recently renovated with new flooring, paint, lighting and fixtures. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. The private, fenced backyard has some grassy area around the in-ground pool. The layout of the kitchen and family room is conducive to entertaining while cooking or just sitting around watching a movie. We really enjoyed our stay and wished that we could have stayed much longer.
