I was in town for work so this place was perfect. It was in close proximity to my job location and clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay! It was actually very roomy for two couples. The road is beautiful and includes many older homes, some of which are under renovation (caused some minor noise but nothing major). Water pressure/temp was great in the shower.
It’s a guest house behind a larger house, which I feel like wasn’t super clear in the description, and there are other guests staying in the main house/basement which wasn’t an issue but just pointing out!
All in all it’s a great spot in the historic area – and I def recommend going to Scoops ice cream while you’re here! We would stay here again. 🙂

The apartment was perfect for us while we spent a month looking for a house in Jacksonville. Easy access to highway and downtown. The neighborhood has blocks and blocks of old victorian homes. When Jacksonville had its great fire this is the only neighborhood that survived. The down side is that the area really had a downturn economically and so many how the homes are in disrepair. The great news is that it means that many of the houses still have original details the area is seeing a strong renewal. Many families have moved back in and started repaired and improved these old homes. As you walk down the block and there are cafe lights hanging from the porch to the giant old oak trees. Being here for a month I have gotten the opportunity to talk to the long time residents and they all love the neighborhood and recommended I purchase a house here.
This house is very close to a large park where Jacksonville holds it disc golf terminate.
