My husband and I stayed for our Anniversary! Andrew & Melody had a beautifully decorated and clean home. The private pool despite being in the city felt secluded with the beautiful mature tress surrounding the property. Very quick and easy drive to the beach (even drive to Saint Augustine) and staying in the city allows for so many fun activities on days you don’t feel like being on the beach or if it rains. We would highly recommend booking this property or any property of Andrew & Melody’s for your next vacation getaway!

The stay was perfect! We brought two dogs and they LOVED the back yard area. Very beautiful and peaceful area.

Absolutely enjoyed staying at the flamingo house! Pool was perfect & the beach was a short 15 min walk or 3 min drive. House very spacious & clean. It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Host were very responsive & friendly!

Andrew was very responsive. The home fit our large family and the layout was perfect. The location was great for us since we have family less than 2 miles away. Supermarkets were close by and easy to get to. The home could use updating. It was a comfortable home.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrew and Melody’s place. Only reservation is the place had little cookware, dishes, and towels for use. But other than that, we’d recommend staying here.

This home was great to stay at, and the pool was great. The only down side was not having a lot of stuff we needed for a stay such as basic dishes to cook (mixing bowls, baking dishes etc.) there were pans to cook in which was great but definitely needed more items.
The hosts were wonderful and very communicative which is very appreciated, and the location is close to a lot of great and convenient places. All in all, we had a great stay at this home.

The home was extremely clean and very enjoyable. It had everything that is needed to feel right at home. Location was great and only a 5 min walk to the beach.
