The house is brand new and well stocked for everything you will need… including beach gear and bikes. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. Lots to do in and around the area. Location is a bit of a long walk to the beach, but short bike ride or golf cart (we rented one for our stay). We went to the beach several times a day. Restaurants in Neptune Beach were a short ride and very good. Had several good meals there.
