Great communication from the day before, during our stay, and checking out. The house was even better in person! It has everything you need from cookware to beach towels, coolers to wagon for hauling the kids beach toys. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of room to spread out, relax but still be together. Very clean! Absolutely perfect for large families.

We were so pleased with Andrew and Melody’s communication about our stay, from the house instructions to where to venture out and explore. The house was very clean and spacious for our family and having the pool was definitely worth it. We are definitely excited for our next years vacation stay.

We needed a place with 5 bedrooms and a couple rooms with bathrooms. This place was perfect. Eight of us played pool in a tournament that lasted for 3 days. We all had nice beds and a spotless house to relax and get sleep when needed. The large kitchen and family room was a nice treat, as well. We will stay here again, if in Jacksonville again!

This Airbnb was great for a family get together where my brother, my mom, and my family could interact comfortably all in the same home. I was quite pleased the bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable and the home was in close proximity to the beaches.
