Andrew and Melody’s place was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been coming to Jax Beach for 15 years and this is the best place we’ve ever stayed hands down. Everything was super easy from booking to check-in and communication was fast and efficient throughout. We had a brief question upon check-in and received communication immediately. I really can’t say enough great things about the place — it was super clean (I’m talking top of the fridge had no dust, insides of drawers were cleaned, not a spec of dirt on the floor — this wasn’t just a surface wipe down and bring in new guests), and the house has everything. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, nice private space in a great neighborhood. The beach is literally a block away with a well maintained public ramp access. The house is also walking distance or short biking or uber rides away from restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. I would highly recommend Andrew and Melody’s place for your next trip to the Jax Beaches!
