We had such a great time on our long weekend stay at this Jax Beach house. Cannot beat the location and having a pool right in the backyard, our family loved it. About a 3 minute walk to the beach and short distance to great shops and restaurants. Lovely new kitchen and new bathrooms and the rest of the house was older but so charming. We did have some things that were a bit of a hassle such as not being able to open lockbox to get key to access the bikes or to lock up the guest house when we weren’t home- we were told someone would stop by to help but no one did. Also we had difficulty with the pool filtering and never got the hot tub working due to lack of general instructions given and not being able to get any more information on how to troubleshoot from hosts. We somehow got pool filtering water but it wasn’t until the second day. These minor things absolutely didn’t take away from the great time we had but would have appreciated a little more assistance.
