We stayed here Jan 1-3 with my dad and two daughters for the Gator Bowl. Driving to the house gave us a little pause as the area is a little sketchy. But once on Pearl Street around the house, it was a little better. The house was in great shape with the exception of some cracked and sunken vinyl tiles in the hallway. The house was clean – beds comfortable. That’s all we were looking for and that’s what we got. I would consider this house again if ever in Jacksonville. .
