Thanks for allowing us to stay in your nice home! I chose this property as it was close to my son’s house. If you know Jacksonville at all… you’ll know Mandarin as an older neighborhood, but safe. It exceeded my expectations… it’s in an area with lots of family homes that are well manicured. The need for a double bed+ in the second bedroom would be my only critique. The home was decorated very cute with real furniture (NOT the IKEA crap you find in many rental homes). Great kitchen with everything you need to cook, a fire pit out back, super comfy sofa, and nice bathrooms. Very pleased!
