Wonderful home and location for visiting our family in Atlantic Beach. The house was well laid out. The kitchen is lovely and the pool (not heated just FYI) was fantastic for 3 little ones. We borrowed a leaf blower from family down the street to clear off the back yard and patio area when we arrived on a Saturday and cleaned out the pool, but afterward it was perfect for hanging out and fully fenced in. Someone came on Wednesday to service/clean the pool. The kitchen had all amenities and lots of spices/oils for cooking. We grabbed shrimp from the market in Mayport and steamed them at the house with the steamer and pot provided. There is both a pod and gound coffee maker. The living room and primary BR had a smart tv but the other bedrooms do not. All linens were provided and nice. Pool towels too. We would definitely stay again and loved this place and location.
