The Jacksonville Beach Pier (2026 Update)

Recently reinforced and reopened, the pier is the centerpiece of Jacksonville Beach.

Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:30 PM daily
Best for: Sunrise walks, fishing, photography

Jacksonville Beach follows the Clean, Dark, Flat rule:

• Remove all trash
• Turn off beachfront lights (or use amber bulbs)
• Fill holes & flatten sandcastles

Staying oceanfront? Balcony lights off after 9 PM.

No. Alcoholic beverages and glass containers are prohibited on the sand and within city parks.
