Kitchen: All the basics available and in good condition. Appliances all worked well. Coffee pot with coffee available.
Ample space. Couches covered upon arrival for our miniature dog – who thankfully doesn’t shed.
Quiet time after 10 pm – quiet neighborhood. This will be important when planning arrival/ leave times to AirBnb so as not to disturb neighbors in loading/unloading. A few steps to doorway, but the two elderly with me with bad knees were able to get up them easily as they are few.
Air Freshners – 3 in home. If you are sensitive or have allergies you may want to let the host know in advance or pull them and re-plug them in before you leave.
The guests in the Master and double bed rooms slept wonderfully and said the beds were comfortable. My husband and I slept on the Queen bed and my husband is partial to soft beds and he struggled with his comfort, but overall all the bedrooms were in great condition. Beds are very personal and you can’t please everyone when it comes to soft vs. hard. Provided sufficient linen.
Bathrooms had necessary basics.
Back patio was covered and a great area for those who wanted to sit outside and get some fresh air.
We enjoyed using the record player and listening to some oldies. Thanks for the nostalgia. They had board games, but we didn’tLinen.
We selected this location because of its proximity to a family member we were visiting.
The beach is a 25-30 minute drive and my husband enjoyed renting a surfboard by a rental spot near Margaritaville and caught a few waves. Our cousins who stayed close by went boogie boarding. Fun activity. We came to care for an elder family member and celebrate her 90th birthday.
Walmart- Publix close by. We saw several food trucks in the area, but we mostly cooked from AirBnb or family home.
We would highly recommend this location to others.
