This is a great beach rental and I do recommend it. Just 2 things to be aware of. The master bedroom and main living quarters like the kitchen and living room are on the second floor so you have to go upstairs a lot. May be difficult on elderly, injured or in my case -dogs. 2nd thing is to bring an eye mask for the morning because there is a very large window right over the master bed with no covering! You will not be able to sleep in. I did mention this to the owners and hopefully they will fix that issue. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.
