The Sea Grape was exactly as described and perfect for our family reunion of 8. Check-in was easy, and the neighbors were very friendly. Andrew was very communicative and responsive to the few questions we had. The kitchen was perfect for our culinary family members, and the dining area allowed us all to enjoy our meals together. We enjoyed the residential setting and didn’t mind the short drive to beaches and shops. The pool lights do not work, however; there is lighting in the pool area if you don’t mind getting into a dark pool.
