The location was great! Walkable to many shops, restaurants and bars. Only 5 minutes from the Everbank stadium! We were pleasantly surprised to find there were in fact two bathrooms at this location instead of only one listed. Comfortable beds and couch. Very nice backyard area. We felt safe in the neighborhood.
