We experienced some issues during our stay. The hosts were good communicators and did what they could to make things right. Some issues are beyond their control, because the hosts aren’t always the property owners. When repairs are needed, there’s only so much a host can do to fix those issues. These hosts made the effort to make things right when certain issues were beyond their control.
