This location was great! Beautiful stay and close proximity to town. The only reason I wouldn’t give this 5 stars is due to customer service. I expected a bit higher service than what we received. Just about every response to questions and request were pretty flat and dry, not helpful and accommodating as you’d expect.
Things like early check in or late check out, requesting help on site turned into a rather templated response process, asking for pack and play was received with an unhelpful no. For a stay of this caliber, I expect more out of communication.
Even things like early check in or extending the stay an extra day were pretty ridiculously unreasonable.
Again, this doesn’t take away from the stay and how great the place was. Just something to be mindful of and for the host to improve on.
