Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. One dedicated parking space is provided in the driveway. While we strive to maintain a clean environment, daily housekeeping is not included. Fresh linens and essentials are provided for your stay. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to respect our neighbors. Guests have full access to the property and we are available if needed.

Might be a good idea to have some type of drying rack for washed dishes. Also, some type of tiny bugs liked to appear around the kitchen sink.

If you are looking for a beautiful place for you and your family to stay and enjoy the simple beach life this place is it. The views are breathtaking, especially in the morning during sunrise. What really makes this place special however, isn't the condo or the beach, its the people you meet with while you're there. All of the permanent neighbors were super inviting and friendly! Every night they welcomed us to great conversation and local recommendations to make us feel right at home.

Positive: The beach right outside the door, grill and chairs were very convenient available in the garage. Sun room was spacious. Negative: The neighbor and her dog were out back a lot and her dog was always sniffing around the back door randomly barking at us while we tried to enjoy the sun room. The shower heads seemed old the one broke off as soon as it was touched the other one had white build up at the holes. No tvs in the rooms made it hard to relax in the bedrooms. The ants on the kitchen counters everytime food was present was extremely uncomfortable.

The condo was VERY clean; we've been coming to the area for years and stayed at many of the condos in this strip; Melody's condo is one of the cleanest. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward for an opportunity to rent it again.
