FAQ

Onboarding questions, answered

How long does onboarding take?

We set a target launch date at your walkthrough. The biggest factors are how quickly you approve the readiness plan, any repairs needed, photography scheduling, and, if you’re switching, your current manager’s notice period.

What do I need to do during onboarding?

Three things: share your property details, give us access for the walkthrough, and approve your readiness plan. Our team handles cleaning, setup, photography, listings, and pricing, and keeps you updated along the way.

Will I have to buy anything?

Only what you approve. After the walkthrough we send an itemized plan of recommended supplies and fixes, with the reasoning behind each. Nothing is purchased without your sign-off.

I’m switching from another manager. How does that work?

We plan the transition with you: reviewing your current contract’s notice terms, protecting confirmed reservations, sorting out listing and photo ownership, and setting a handoff date so there’s no gap in coverage.

Who is my point of contact?

A dedicated onboarding lead from intake through launch. Once you’re live, your account manager and our revenue team take it from there.

Can I still use my home?

Absolutely. Share your dates during intake, and once you’re live you can block owner stays anytime in the Owner Portal.
