You'll love the locationu2014it's about a 7-minute walk (roughly half a mile) to St. George Street and the historic district. Guests consistently park their car upon arrival and don't move it until checkout, walking or biking everywhere. Bike rentals are available just around the corner at Fun Rentals.

What should I know about accessing the room?

The room is upstairs (second floor), and there are two steps entering the Lindbergh room from the hallway plus steps up into the bathroom, so keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns. Check-in instructions come via email (not the booking app), and while a few guests initially had passcode issues, host Andrew responds immediately by text to help troubleshoot.

Is breakfast included, and what are the coffee options?

Breakfast isn't provided, but you'll have access to a shared kitchen with complimentary K-cup coffee. Guests rave about Sweetwater Coffee Bar and Gallery just around the corner for excellent coffee and bagelsu2014some hosts have even provided gift certificates. For meals, Saint restaurant (Italian) and One Twenty Three Burger come highly recommended.

Is parking really included, and how does it work?

Yes! You get one dedicated parking spot, which guests say is spacious, safe, and a huge plus in St. Augustine where parking is notoriously difficult. It's one of the easier parking situations compared to other properties on the street.

●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this Airbnb. It had everything we needed and made for a comfortable visit. The only small challenge was figuring out the door/lock at first, which made getting inside a bit tricky. Aside from that, we had a great experience. Just a heads up to be mindful of the steps in the room, especially near the bathroom and entryway.

The stay was great! Although, it was a little difficult to get into the house at first and instructions were unclear, response was immediate and correct instructions were given. Everything was as described in the listing. The common areas were fully stocked and clean. The location was perfect, with most places being a 7 minute walk. We recommend Saint restaruant if you like Italian and One Twenty Three Burger for great burgers and fries. Sweetwater had the best coffee and bagels! Would definitely stay here again!!

Loved the location and decor. Parking was easy and a real plus in St Augustine! Guests must be good with steps as not only is it upstairs, the Lindbergh room has 2 steps into the room from the hall and up into the bathroom. Loved the private access to the room and yet use of the kitchen for tea in the morning. Loved the historic and Continental feel of the decor! Easy access to downtown and the historic district. Highly recommend!!
