Loved our stay here! My first time staying in a ABB and it was more than I hoped for. Very peaceful and spacious cottage. A&M were on point with communication for check in/check out. Their cottage is nicely decorated/furnished with everything you need. The area that is located in is very quite with zero drive through traffic and centrally located it is to everything. Literally minutes away from anything you would need. My daughter and I had an amazing time fishing in the pond right out back, seeing the turtles, baby ducks and geese…and yes there are fish you can catch! Truly a great experience! As far as response from A&M I didn't need to ask for anything and isn't that kind of the point! They awesomely checked in on us after the first night to see how everything was and when I responded they replied immediately so I would bet if you need something they would take care of it quickly since they live locally. When I come back to Jax this will be the first place I check for availability!!

The house is in an older neighbor but the home is well maintained. The neighborhood is made up of small cottages on lakes. The people there are nice and it is quiet. The surrounding area has many good restaurants and it is very easy to get Publix and Wall Mart. If you have dogs, it's easy to walk them at the near by parks and in the back yard. The provided poop bags were a nice touch. My in-laws especially enjoyed sitting in the quiet backyard looking out on the lake. We would absolutely stay here again.

Andrew & Melody were super accommodating when I needed a last minute booking. They were also quick to reply when I messaged them about things. The place was pretty clean although if you are sensitive to pet dander, allergy meds are highly recommended! The location is perfect to get to restaurants, different types of stores and other places you may need. The space is as advertised and looks like the pictures. It was nice to see all the wildlife around the back yard. The patio is screened in and was a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee. I stayed a total of 3 weeks. The only downside was there were only a couple of trash bags available. I reached out to Andrew & Melody to request a few more as well as inform them that a light bulb had burned out. They responded asking for a pic of the light bulb but never got any more trash bags nor a replacement bulb. I managed with the bulb and had to buy a box of trash bags to accommodate the rest of my stay. All in all, I would stay here again :)

I stayed 3 weeks and wish I could have stayed longer. It was absolutely perfect for what I wanted. So nicely decorated, great back yard with the canal and all the ducks and birds, closed in patio and a fire pit. Neighborhood was wonderful for walking and bike riding and anything and everything you could possibly want or need is within a mile or two. I would definitely stay here again if in the Jacksonville area.

Thanks for allowing us to stay in your nice home! I chose this property as it was close to my son's house. If you know Jacksonville at all... you'll know Mandarin as an older neighborhood, but safe. It exceeded my expectations... it's in an area with lots of family homes that are well manicured. The need for a double bed+ in the second bedroom would be my only critique. The home was decorated very cute with real furniture (NOT the IKEA crap you find in many rental homes). Great kitchen with everything you need to cook, a fire pit out back, super comfy sofa, and nice bathrooms. Very pleased!

●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
