A nice hole In the wall – open space in a safe neighborhood. Would certainly book again. Just be weary that the front door sticks and the house is low on inventory from my time being there but it doesn’t deter my recommendation ☺️

The hosts were great. They were easy to communicate with, very responsive and friendly. We stayed here for the Fl Ga Game and the location was perfect. The beds could be more comfortable, but other than that everything was great.

Our party of two had a decent stay here. The living room was comfy, all of the rooms were bright and roomy, and the kitchen was enough to make full meals out of. Had we been a larger group of 6 or 7, the shared living room would have felt somewhat cramped (but manageable). Close to downtown while still being on a fairly quiet street in a suburban neighborhood (some loud neighbors during Halloween weekend was to be expected), and 30 min from beaches, groceries, etc.
There were some cleanliness issues upon arrival (couch had a funky smell, floors very dusty, dirty kitchen and unwashed dishes etc), as well as the walls/floor needing some TLC, but we also happened to arrive right after a tropical storm had hit the area, so hard to determine if that was a typical experience for Andrew and Melody’s place.
