We booked this trip at the last minute and had limited options to choose from. Fortunately, this listing was still available on the day we made our reservation. We were delighted to discover that the home was even more beautiful in person than it appeared in the photos. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with cookware, several bicycles (and a pump), beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. Our three children were absolutely thrilled. We also particularly enjoyed the master bath’s shower and the charming fenced backyard with a firepit, which was perfect for making s’mores. Additionally, the home was ideally located, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, bars, and more. For our first visit to Jacksonville Beach, this property was perfect. The only constructive feedback I would offer is to consider waiving early check-in fees when the property is not occupied on the same day as a guest's arrival. That said, we would definitely book again in the future.

House was clean and just as listed. We had a boat down at the marina and this was the perfect location. 5 minute drive to the marina and 5 minutes to the beach. Very good location. Owner was very responsive when I had questions. Great trip and would stay here again.

We had an amazing time! My bridal party and I came to celebrate for my bachelorette trip and we had a blast! The property was stunning, extremely clean, and the pink accent colors were the perfect touch for our trip! The hosts were extremely kind, and professional! We will definitely be back!

Home wasn’t too far from the beach. Basic items provided to last a couple of days. Beds were comfortable. Shower in master bedroom is amazing after being out and about all day. We did find ants in the home but Andrew responded to any concerns we had quickly. Overall the place is great and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

This home is spacious, safe, and beautifully designed. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and other Jacksonville area activities are just a short drive away. We had our dog and our family of 8 ages 4 to 72, so it is certainly perfect for all ages.

The house is brand new and well stocked for everything you will need... including beach gear and bikes. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. Lots to do in and around the area. Location is a bit of a long walk to the beach, but short bike ride or golf cart (we rented one for our stay). We went to the beach several times a day. Restaurants in Neptune Beach were a short ride and very good. Had several good meals there.

●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
