The house is directly across the street from the ocean, making it incredibly easy to go back and forth throughout the day. It's also an easy walk to Main Beach and the public beach access.

Is there enough space for a larger group or family?

Absolutely. Guests love the multiple living areas that let everyone spread out comfortably. There's a Florida room off the kitchen and primary bedroom, a reading nook with ocean views, and plenty of seating throughout. One group even hosted a nonprofit planning retreat here with room to spare.

What's the check-in process like?

Guests found check-in seamless thanks to a helpful digital guidebook that walks you through everything from arrival to checkout. The hosts are also very responsive and keep you informed throughout your stay.

Is the house well-stocked?

Yes! Guests mentioned the home came fully stocked with everything they needed, and the in-unit washer and dryer was a lifesaver after beach days.

What's nearby besides the beach?

Refund Policy

A 3.9% processing fee is non-refundable on all refunds. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid minus this fee, in accordance with Stripe’s policy. This applies to direct bookings and select booking channels.

General Guidelines

Pets: A $100 pet fee applies per reservation (maximum of 2 pets). Pets must be disclosed in advance. Undisclosed pets will incur an additional $10 fee and may result in early termination of your stay. No cats allowed. Any damages caused by pets will result in additional charges.

Garage Access: Not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must remain closed at all times.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21+ and present for the duration of the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drinks in bedrooms (sealed water bottles are allowed). Additional cleaning fees may apply for stains.
Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. A $200 fine will apply, along with any additional cleaning or repair costs.
Trash: Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor bins prior to departure. If your stay includes a Sunday, we kindly ask that you place bins out that evening.
Damages: Please report any damages within 24 hours or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report may result in full liability for repairs or replacements.
Dishes: Please wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before departure.
Windows: Keep all windows closed for safety and security.
Laundry: Do not overload machines. Avoid washing sandy items and clean the dryer lint trap after use.
Storage Closet: Please keep this area closed and locked.
Consumables: Any leftover items are for your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
Furniture: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
Guest Limit: Only registered guests are permitted. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur a $100 per person fee if exceeding occupancy limits.
Illegal Activity: Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

What a wonderful time we had on Amelia Island. The location was amazing. ...so close to the beach where we enjoyed coffee on the beach every morning. The downtown historic district was fun for shopping and dinners and only 10 minutes away. The home was centrally located and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive to some of the issues the popped up. We can't wait to return to Fernandina Beach again next year.

We loved everything about this house. We stayed for five weeks, so we were looking for comfortable furniture and more than one living area so we could spread out and enjoy more than one area to read, work or watch TV. Our daughter joined us for a week and was able to work quite comfortably in the extra living areas. The Florida room with access off of the kitchen and primary bedroom was my favorite area to escape with a good book. We loved being across the street from the beach. The house was exactly as pictured in the photos. We were very comfortable for the five weeks we were there. We wish we could have stayed longer. Our check in and checkout went smoothly and Andrew and Melody were very responsive. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had such a fun stay here. The house is literally right across from the beach, so it was super easy to bounce back and forth all day. It’s also really roomy, with lots of natural light (so many windows), and having a washer/dryer in the house was a lifesaver after beach days. Our favorite part of the house was the front porch in the mornings, coffee in hand, watching the sunrise. There’s also a little reading nook with an ocean view that gets the best sun, I kept ending up there “for five minutes” and then losing an hour. For food and drinks, we were on repeat: Mocama for coffee (and honestly great beers too), Sliders for an early beachside breakfast, and Timoti’s for a healthy dinner. Overall it felt easy, comfortable, and very family-friendly. We’d definitely come back.
