A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.
General Guidelines
●Pets: A pet fee of $75 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.
HOT TUB RULES
●Use at Your Own Risk: By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge and agree that they are using these amenities at their own risk.
●Supervision: For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub.
●Health & Safety: Guests should not use the hot tub if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please shower before entering the hot tub to maintain cleanliness.
●Cleanliness: Please ensure that no oils, lotions, or soaps are brought into the hot tub. This helps maintain the quality of the water for all guests.
●Proper Use: For your safety, please follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the hot tub (e.g., diving, rough play).
●Damage: Any damage to the hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.

The location was perfect for our weekend activities in Jacksonville - game at EverBank Stadium. We were able to easily get to and from the game with ease. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed being able to walk around the historic homes and enjoy some of the local restaurants nearby. My family and I enjoyed our Bungalow stay. I felt it was worth the price for the stay and was exactly as expected. I loved the details of the amenities in this cozy bungalow. The whole family loved the putting green, the endless board games, and the hot-tub. I appreciated the spices and available cookware in the kitchen so we could make meals as well as the great recommendations both through Andrew within the Air BnB app and within the home. An extra note of appreciation from the hosts for proactive communicating a minor maintenance issue with a plan for resolution prior to our check-in. The overall stay was very comfortable and easy! Will most definitely be staying with this host again in the future.

EXCELLENT STAY! One of the best Airbnbs We've ever stayed at! It was just such a cozy comfortable place we didn't even go out to eat once while we were there that weekend. The place is so inviting it makes you want to stay in, cook, grill and just hang! There were family board games, mini golf, mini soccer table, whatever we needed was there. Our kids loved it, my husband and I enjoyed hanging out and grilling. We also enjoyed reading about the history of the house through the framed newspaper articles. The decor was just so perfectly put together. There was everything we could ever need, from spices to paper tissue to books on Jackonsville history and such. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Jacksonville!
