We LOVED this place! We had 7 kids ages 7-13 and we really enjoyed the beautiful pool and amazing outdoor setup with sectional couch, overhead shade, outdoor TV w/bar & mini fridge, and pool with waterfall and palm trees. We spent most of our time in the awesome backyard setup- didn’t spend much time indoors. Super short drive to beach with ample free parking (could walk, we just chose not to with our big group of kids). 3 minute drive for groceries was awesome! We LOVED the cute brunch place we walked to at the end of the street. Just a short drive to Jacksonville city to do some fun tourist stuff. Property was clean with plenty of towels.
