Andrew and Melody’s home is beautiful and very cool. Great for larger groups. I want to highlight a few things:
1) Value: for the price, this Airbnb cannot be beat. It is the best priced in Jax.
2) Location: It is in a great location that is a quick 5-10 min Uber from everything. It is an older home in an up and coming neighborhood. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.
3) Home: There are 4 bedrooms and an few extra spots to crash. Al of the bedrooms are upstairs with a large living space downstairs. The house has an awesome porch that is nice to sit and relax in nice weather. It is clean and well kept. You can definitely tell it is DIY renovation but it is still nice. Nothing of major concern for that regard.
4) Host: The host is very nice, responsive, and truly cares about the house and your stay. That’s all you can ask for.
5) Cons: You can tell other guests do not respect the house because of broken fixtures. Also, if you’re picky about a mattress-it’s not for you.
