Andrew and Melody’s rental house was lovely. You got exactly what they advertised, and more. Lots of room; clean, modern sturdy decor that was tasteful and not cluttered or restrictive. The kitchen was well appointed. Having two laundry rooms was so nice!! Great mud room/laundry on the first floor. Another huge plus was the outside shower with hot and cold water! Loved having the elevator to get luggage to the 3rd floor.
The walk to the beach was short and there were two very accessible beach accesses with bathrooms. The life guard stand was nearby as well. We ate in all the time so not sure about restaurants but there was a Publix very close by as well as other retail stores.
We all decided we would definitely rent this home again if visiting Jacksonville Beach.
