Andrew’s place has phenomenal views and just steps to what was mostly an empty beach. Walls were very sound proof, didn’t hear the neighbors once. Upon arrival there were a few things missed by the cleaning service under the beds and the sofa, but overall the place felt clean and he was responsive about making it right. There are plenty of restaurants close by. We lived in Jacksonville for a short time and return once every couple years to visit some friends and we will definitely book Andrew’s place again if it’s available.
