Clean, comfortable and easy. Busy road and small driveway made it tricky to get in and out, but not too bad. We walked to the beach a few times, unlimited shops and restaurants nearby. Great landing spot for two families with teens. Great fenced yard for pets, walkable (sidewalks) to a local park. Try Penman Diner!
