Great beach house for large groups that don’t mind sharing a bath. (8 of the 10 guests share one upstairs bath) It’s not as luxurious as the price might suggest, but the home is, clean, comfortable, reasonably appointed, with lots of outdoor space and parking, and is in a desirable south Ponte Vedra location. Our only real complaint is the posted requirement to maintain the thermostat at 74°. Otherwise, We throughly enjoyed our stay celebrating our 17 year old daughter’s birthday with her friends.
