House: Brand new, clean, beautiful townhouse. It had everything we needed, including cookware.
Location: perfect! It was an easy walk to and from the beach with an 18month old and 5 year old. There is also a playground within walking distance. Whole Foods is behind the house, across a busy street- not easily walkable but very close. The area is quiet with nice neighbors.
Parking: There is room for 2 cars (one in garage and one on the short driveway). There is no street parking.
Hosts: Andrew and Melody were prompt with their communications. Check in was easy (keyless entry with a 4 digit code) – all information for this was sent on the morning of our first night.
We would definitely stay here again.
