I booked The Yellow Cottage last minute to spend a few extra days in FL after the holidays. The hosts were super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The Cottage is located behind the main house in an established neighborhood that felt very safe. I loved the privacy of the standalone unit while still being close to everything I needed. I thought the location was very walkable, with easy access to some shops and restaurants as well as the Riverwalk. The Cottage itself was as pictured, and actually a little more spacious than I had expected. It was very clean and a few days’ worth of basic essentials (soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap) were provided. The toilet DOES wobble, which could be an issue for someone with balance or mobility issues, and the wifi could be spotty at times. Overall it was a great stay, and I would definitely book again if in the area!
