We had a lovely stay with family for a winter weekend in Jacksonville. The house was exactly as pictured and it was perfect for us. The elevator was ideal as we had our elderly parents with us too. The internet was down the entire time and Andrew was responsive and had the the cable company come out to repair it but they came the morning we were checking out and informed us the cable line was damaged and had to be replaced. We used our hotspot to stream movies but it was impossible for the kids to get online to do any school assignments. It was the coldest weekend so far this year in the high 20’s and low 30’s. We didn’t find any extra blankets or bedding anywhere in the house for the beds or the couch to cozy up. My suggestions- I would recommend stocking extra blankets for the beds and couch and extra bedding. Also, checking to make sure the internet and cable work before your renters arrive.
