My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. The area is well located and 10 minutes from Downtown and 15-20 from the different beaches. The hosts were responsive, friendly and ensured we had a very enjoyable stay.
The one disclaimer would be that there is a train that runs through the area. You can hear it coming around during different hours of the night.
I would pack a sound machine (which we did) if you are a light sleeper or have children that wake up easily.
Other than that, I would definitely book with them again.
