Overall, this was a great stay. The 2BDRM bungalow was comfortable for my brother and me while we were in town for a game at EverBank Stadium. San Marco is a great location and easy to get around, felt safe, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Having a Publix close by was perfect for tailgating supplies. The place was ideal for two people, though with only one bathroom it may not be the best setup for multiple families.
The only real downside is the train crossing directly behind the house. Trains came through with horns around 11 PM and again around 2 AM. The property was still worth the stay, but be prepared for the possibility of a surprise wake-up.
