Being familiar with VRBO the rental process was quick and efficient.
The property was ideally located for the activities we were in town to enjoy. The home is in the quaint San Marco area and very close to the south bank of the St John’s river in the downtown area of Jacksonville.
It has been recently reappointed with nice upgrades to the interior and appliances.
My husband and I will definitely look to stay here again whenever we are in the Jacksonville area.
This property is also one of the best properties we have booked in the North East Florida area, for us as a couple getaway.
Bear in mind though that this property only has 1 full bathroom which suited us perfectly fine.
Definitely a premier property with premier host attentiveness and response.
