Stayed here May-Jul. Great place immediately surrounded by nice blocks and neighbors. Wish we had known that you have to go through a bedroom to get to the laundry room/back door (huge inconvenience) or that one of the bedrooms has no closet. Bugs are surprisingly non-problematic given the old feel and build of the neighborhood and the house. The house is decorated well, was clean (besides some residual dog hair on furniture), and the owners were great about answering questions and accomodating needs. For the price, this is a fantastic option to stay in Jacksonville as it’s about 20-40 minutes from everywhere. Would absolutely stay again.
