The entire home contemporary/modern and beautifully decorated for the perfect tiki beach vibe. Each floor is amazing and the elevator is a definite bonus well needed, and used, between the 3 floors. The balconies are nice. Only take away is beware of the Jacksonville common “no-see ums” as they are everywhere, including indoors, but host offered suggestions to help with that issue as well. There’s only 1 TV in the entire home, so we bought a cheap tv from a nearby Best Buy for the kids video games in their room, but knowing this ahead of time might have affected our rental choice due to our group of 10 being expected to share 1 TV between adults and kids in 1 room would not have accommodating. The beach is literally a nearby alley type access walk, or bike ride away. The bike ride is a must and enjoyable childhood throwback memory for all ages. Beach access was across 1 street, walking distance and BEAUTIFUL! A def must rent for quiet peaceful beach luxury getaway for a large group.
