The home is beautiful and clean. It worked perfect for our need. We attended a wedding at Brick and Beam and the location was fantastic. The only down fall is the hallway bathroom upstairs has a tub with shower but the shower head is so low that only children could shower in the bathroom. We had a group of adults and all had to use one shower that was in the master. Other than that we rented the entire house (all three floors) and loved it. Thank you to the hosts for being available to answer any questions prior to our trip. I would definitely rent again to attend a wedding, sporting event etc. Close to downtown Jacksonville.
