The location of this apartment is fantastic. Very Walkable area, lots of cute stores and restaurants close by. I felt safe with the way the place had a combo lock on front door and door to the unit. When entering the apartment it was very clean and tidy. Looked exactly like the photos. My only concern was that there were several areas of the floor that looked like it had sever water damage and I felt those areas were really weak, I was afraid to walk on this part of the floor, so it was a minor inconvenience when entering the bathroom or kitchen to remember to take a Giant step to miss the soft spots in the flooring. I would definitely stay here again. Just remember it’s a very old building and it’s been renovated, however, it has the original cabinets, flooring etc
