The main thought is that it’s a pretty good value for the money.
The location is great. The unit is a bit old, but again, for what’s it’s priced at – it’s a good deal. This unit is on the first floor, and the people above us had hardwood floors, a young child, and a dog. It didn’t really affect us in any way most of the time, but we also weren’t staying in most of the time, either. Only one night we woke up to the noise from upstairs, but again, I wouldn’t say it’s excessive at all – just kind of normal noise for being on the first floor.
The place was clean overall, with a few super-minor things that I didn’t care for, so – all good.
The communication with the hosts was great: they followed up all the time l, making sure everything is OK.
Anyway, great value for the price!
