The place is adorable and well-kept with freshly manicured grounds. An old period-piece house that has been refurbished: so it has the charm of the last century with modern amenities. The beds are very high-end and superbly comfortable. Very conveniently located near Publix, ice-cream, bank, shops and restaurants in the trendy San Marco area. The kitchen is not bare-bones but has a lot of silicon utensils for cooking (we like to cook). Lovely period bathtubs. It is quiet and serene except for the train which is about two blocks away and seems unavoidable in the San Marco area. The lighting is a bit sparse in the master bedroom, but I loved the ability to turn off the lights from the bed (touch-sensitive lights). If you are a large person the second bathroom may be challenging to shower in, but this is a lovely place to stay! Andrew and Melody obviously work at being great hosts and succeed. Thank you!
