The place is simply beautiful, you can tell there’s history. We searched for info and discovered that it was built in the 20’s, and that’s exactly what you want in a neighborhood such as San Marco, my favorite neighborhood in Jax.
The couple were friendly and always responsive. We had trouble with the codes getting in and out, they didn’t work properly every time. But that was such a minor inconvenience that I didn’t even told the owners. Which, I guess, I’m doing now lol
Overall it was a perfect experience. I woke up everyday around 7 and walked a few blocks… It was lovely.
