The place was very clean and was described accurately. For my daughter and I, it was great. The location was perfect for all the activities we packed into our three day visit to Jacksonville. We visited Sea World, shopped in St. Augustine and ate at the Salt Life Food Shack, had a meal the “the Metro Dinner”, shout out to Miller’s Ale House for a fantastic dinner and they let us watch the Steeler’s game there, had a fantastic burger at Epik Burger, and took in a Jaguar’s game. Most importantly, I felt safe when we were at Andrew’s place. He had the lights on for our late night arrival on Friday and there was a safe place to park around back. Finally, Andrew responded to any question that I had within minutes!
