The ‘Sunshine Dip’ was a wonderful, updated home. It was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The semi-private backyard was a good place to gather, to cool off in the pool, or to bask in the sun. The neighborhood was safe, peaceful, and walkable. Only a 30 minute walk to downtown, the home was away from all the hustle and bustle and was an easy walk in the opposite direction to watch the sun rise over the salt run. We walked to multiple restaurants and a coffee shop within 15 minutes and talked to friendly neighbors while enjoying local wildlife (fish, dolphins, eagle, pink spoonbills, etc) by the local neighborhood water edge . Access to public beaches or supermarkets was a short 15 minute drive. Our host was very responsive and friendly. We definitely would rent this home again if we are in the area.
