There place was good for what I needed. It was kind of in the hood and at night, there is a lot of street lights that come shining through the windows. I’m a big male, but as a woman, I wouldn’t walk around at night. Not trying to scare future guest, just know it’s a little in the hood. but the house is nice.
Lastly, they scheduled for the house to be power washed when I was there without telling me. I don’t mind, but would have liked a heads up from the host. It was jarring to hear blast of water hitting the house when you didn’t know what was going on.
I’d say it’s a little over priced for what you get, but probably trying to compensate for BmB fees or something.
